broken air conditioning street noise

The room felt smaller than advertised online, IT WAS hard to relax. The air conditioning barely worked, and I told the front desk. Nothing changed . the noise from the street at NIGHT made it hard to sleep. I am annoyed.

a good stay with central charm

easy access thoughtful staff short walk

the location allowed easy access to many shops and cafes right downstairs, i not sketchy at all. violeta at the reception provided extra duvets which was thoughtful and sweet. the walk to the train station was only about ten minutes.

the soundproofing could be a bit better, i could hear some hallway noise at times.

the hotel is in the middle of everything with the train station within a ten minute walk. major points of interest are also within a comfortable ten to fifteen minute walk from this central location. it was easy to get around.

the staff were helpful with requests and were very friendly , it was a nice feature! i appreciated the team's responsiveness to my questions. their friendly attitude contributed positively to my visit.

an acceptable stay

good selection helpful direction limited storage dated fixture

the location was definitely convenient i could easily walk to many attractions the staff were friendly and provided helpful directions i found the breakfast offered a good selection of items the staff kept it well-stocked. housekeeping provided fresh towels daily it was something i appreciated.

the room felt quite small for two people storage space was minimal i struggled to unpack comfortably the bathroom fixtures seemed a bit dated the shower head needed some maintenance. the noise from the street was noticeable at times especially in the morning i could hear quite a bit of traffic.

musty odors staff behaviour

The location proved convenient.

The room allocated to me felt quite cramped. I noticed some musty odors coming from the bedding. The staff entered my room twice without knocking, despite the 'do not disturb' sign being displayed, this behaviour I found unacceptable.

central location healthy breakfast many fruits

The hotel's location is central I walked to the train station in ten minutes. The beach was also about a ten-minute walk I found many shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast had many fruits cheese and eggs it felt healthy.

The room was a little small.

cheerful stay near everything

perfect location kind staff free water tasty breakfast

I found my stay very pleasant. the location was perfect, close to the beach and the train station. tram 2 from the airport also stops nearby. the staff were consistently kind and helpful. They provided complimentary filtered water upon request at any time. breakfast included tasty croissants, cheeses and fruits.

the air conditioning made some noise during the night, so i turned it off.
